The design land is located in a new residential area in District 9, this area has a lot of demand for rent. Therefore, customers spend 70% of the design area to make serviced apartments for rent, including 3 bedrooms for owners and 5 small apartments.
Different from normal townhouse lots, this land has an extra open surface behind, which is an advantage so that all rooms have a direct view to the outside. Stairs are located in front of the house, in order to solve the common and private needs of the owner.
The extra space on the ground floor is neatly arranged on one side, helping to ventilate from the front to the back yard. The rental floors have all the amenities of an apartment, each apartment has a drying yard and a separate view.
The upper façade uses a sunshade door solution, which can be adjusted to the angle of rotation, helping tenants have the necessary privacy and safety. The rows of fallen leaves below create shade for the ground floor lobby area, which is also the highlight of the project.
The interior uses light colors, is minimalistic and flexible, easily suitable for many customers. The model of housing combined with apartments for rent is gradually developing in big cities, the biggest challenge for architects is to create a harmony between the shared and private living spaces of owners and tenants.
Uhome is a typical project for this type of work by 90°design.
