The property is located in a rural area of San Diego County, California called Valley Center. With barely more than 10,000 people in about 94 square miles, the population density is far more spread out than in the nearby city. The area is notable for having farms and large homes, including this one.
Originally listed for $6 million, the final sale price for the property was $5.6 million. Bullock purchased the estate in 2009 for roughly $2.7 million. While many celebrity homes can seem exorbitantly priced, looking over the serene views of the estate would make anyone sign the check.
Aside from a beautiful home, the property comes with a 91-acre lot nestled in the mountains outside the city proper. Rolling groves of trees cover a large swath of the lot, producing fantastic California fruits like oranges and avocados.
