This project is a remodel of an existing single-family home which had a typical compartmentalized floor plan with small dark rooms. The residential remodel by PARAVANT Architects opened up the floor plan, introduced a new central courtyard offering now a true Southern California indoor & outdoor living experience bringing light & air into each single space of this house in San Pedro, CA.
