The Prinsengracht 625 is a project that involves a renovation of a canal house along the Prinsengracht and converting it into two rental apartments.
The apartment’s heavy brick exterior is contrasted by a bright and airy interior. Pristine white walls and light hardwood flooring clad the living space. What’s interesting is the beamed ceiling and a very modern staircase that adds impeccable character.
Exposed wood beams create a nice contrast in the bedroom and bathroom. The rooms include vaulted ceilings and walls which are framed by dark wood beams. The bathroom is equipped with a floating vanity, a walk-in shower, and a drop-in bathtub brightened by a window.
