I love this exterior. Very European. Symmetrical. Ornate but not overly so. IMO, the exterior and grounds are much nicer than the interior.

My biggest beef with this home’s interior is the tile or slate flooring. I know it’s hot in SoCal but I really don’t care for this type of flooring. The orange is fun and looks great. The furniture is definitely cool. Gold records on the wall? Love it. But that floor has to go. Imagine the above room with hardwood flooring. So much better.
The above is a great “bonus” room. I say bonus room because it’s the third living room-style space. I particularly love the u-shaped chesterfield sectional. It’s an absolute beauty.
The kitchen is a bit closed-in for my liking. While the custom cabinetry is luxurious, it’s too closed off from the rest of the house.
The home office and recording studio is epic. I love this room. I imagine this is where Paul spent a great deal of time.
