Larry Ellison’s North Palm Beach compound (12525 Seminole Beach Road) was recently listed for $145 million. If sold at this price, Mr. Ellison would nearly double his 2021 purchase price of $80 million. Larry Ellison’s North Palm Beach estate (which was initially purchased as a tear-down) is ranked as the third largest oceanfront property in Palm Beach – a super-rich enclave located on a Barrier Island just west of Florida’s mainland or the city of West Palm Beach.
Larry’s sprawling North Palm Beach estate is located in an area known as Seminole Landing – an ultra-exclusive part of the town of Palm Beach that provides extra security for its 65 exclusive homes. Ellison’s home offers a Tuscan-style estate with clay roof tiles and yellow stucco siding adorned with multiple porches, arches, and stylized windows.
The estate, which was constructed in 1998, includes a 15,500+ square foot home with more than 520 feet of ocean frontage. The property is conveniently located near Palm Beach International Airport, with enough room to provide access by helicopter from the property to PBIA’s private terminals in only minutes. Note that only a few properties in Florida can offer this type of helicopter access.
The entryway of this Palm Beach home includes an arched mural, limestone flooring, and a wood-paneled ceiling. This Palm Beach mansion consists of seven bedrooms, 11 full baths, 3-half baths, a kitchen crafted for a chef, a home theater, a wine cellar, and a garage with enough space for six cars.
The sprawling eight and one-half acres surrounding Larry’s estate offer lush green lawns, a pond, beach cabanas, and tennis courts that are situated near the guest cottage. The estate’s swimming pool area includes a waterfall set amongst beautifully manicured plants and palm trees – making it ideal for parties and entertainment. There is also a guardhouse near the front entrance to the property.
The property includes dunes and a quaint gazebo near the secluded beach to watch a sunrise or just relax in the ocean breeze. A natural stone-bordered path of sand crisscrosses this tropical paradise.
Larry Ellison is no stranger to real estate. In addition to owning dozens of properties and the majority of the Hawaiian Islands – Lanai – Larry recently purchased a $173 million estate in the tony town of Manalapan – a few miles south of Palm Beach, also on a barrier island. This purchase by Mr. Ellison marks a record price for any home sold in the Sunshine State of Florida.
