Helen Lydia Mirren was born in 1945 and is an English actress. She has been the recipient of numerous awards and is the first and only person to achieve the Triple Crown of Acting in both the United States as well as the United Kingdom. For her portrayal of Queen Elizabeth II in the movie, The Queen, she garnered an Academy Award and a British Academy Film Award.

Mirren has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for her numerous acting roles, such as Gosford Park, Prime Suspect, and Cleopatra in Antony and Cleopatra. She met her current husband, American film director Taylor Edwin Hackford on the set of White Nights. Mirren starred in the movie and he directed it.
He was born on December 31, 1944, is the former president of the Directors Guild of America. Like his wife, he too has won an Academy Award. It was for Best Live Action Short Film for Teenage Father that he directed in 1979.
Hackford has directed many well-known films, including An Officer and a Gentleman in 1982 and Ray in 2004, for which he also won awards.
The couple currently lives on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe year in secluded mountain home and has put their Hollywood Hills home of three decades on the market for a cool $18.5 million with realtor Joyce Rey of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Beverly Hills. The couple is also considering renting the home out for about $45,000 per month in rent.
This amazing California mansion was constructed in 1911 his nestled on over six acres of land. It is a 10,200 square-foot estate that features a guest house as well as eleven bathrooms and nine bedrooms. The home has had only four previous owners and three of those were movie producers and one was an actor.
One of the producers was Gail Patrick, executive producer of the 1950s hit TV series Perry Mason and some of the episodes were filmed at the mansion.
