The Interior

HBO’s ‘succession’ penthouse is a spectacular family house that can host a large family, thanks to its five spacious bedrooms. The house is designed for normal stays, entertainment, partying and dining.

It boasts a minimalist design approach which unveils gold window frames, bright tall walls, beautiful modern windows and couches in almost every room. Upon entering the living room, you will be amused by the large family living room filled with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. 

The house has an open floor plan that connects the spectacular living room to the dining area and a bar. The kitchen has all-white wall paint, white marble countertops and cabinets, Gaggenau appliances, a dishwasher, and two ovens. Other notable features include beautiful chandeliers and a glass-walled elevator. 

Most of the fittings and appliances are imported. For instance, oak floors are imported from Austria; the deck bricks are from Denmark, marble is from Italy, and appliances are from German.

Three of the five bedrooms have primary baths, while the other two have half baths. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a comfy couch, a fireplace, a private breakfast kitchen and a dressing area. All rooms boast of accented floors and walls, beautiful wall art and large windows offering glazing outside views. The primary bedroom has a private terrace, while the other rooms have direct access to a shared balcony.

The Exterior

Outside amenities are plenty and beautiful, just like the interior. A black spiral staircase takes you to an outdoor deck with comfy sofa sets and incredible lighting for night stays. The deck can accommodate more than ten people, so it’s a perfect meeting point with your friends, dining and holding parties as you enjoy the glamorous New York views. The roof terrace occupies 2100 square feet and offers an unobstructed view of New York City from all corners. 

Shared amenities in the tower include a tennis court, fitness studio, soccer pitch, game room, and a resident’s lounge, which comes with a fully equipped catering area.
