Rihanna, the Barbadian singer, songwriter and actress, is no stranger to lavish living.
The 35-year-old star has been residing at The Century, a celeb-approved skyscraper by Robert A.M Stern since 2014 and she recently upgraded to the “ Mansion in the Sky,” a larger penthouse on the 40th floor of the same building, for $21 million.
The purchase came as she prepares to welcome her second child.

Property Overview
Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, the sprawling, 9000-square-foot penthouse sits atop a luxury high-rise building, and features four bedrooms with eight baths, and a private elevator. The property was initially listed for $35 million in 2019 and was purchased by Friends star Mathew Perry in 2017 for $20 million. It was eventually sold to Nick Molnar, a famous entrepreneur, for $23 million in 2021. Molnar later listed the penthouse for $28 million in 2022.
