Another stunning feature of the house is the central courtyard wrapped in artificial turf. It is bordered by stone tile paving and adorned with a pocket garden. The courtyard is also complemented by covered patios that provide fun outdoor space even in bad weather.

The outdoor living is maximized by oversized sliding glass doors creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living. The glazed doors also enhance the home’s ventilation and lighting making a huge cut in the electricity bill. And of course, let’s not forget the views.
