Bruce Willis first gained attention playing private detective David Addison Jr. on the television series Moonlighting. Later on, the role of John McClane in Die Hard catapulted him to super stardom. While Willis has since retired from acting, he’s left a permanent impression on audiences across the globe.
Thanks to his impressive career, Willis has managed to build an impressive collection of real estate. In 2000, he purchased eight acres in the Turks and Caicos, which he used to build a sprawling beachfront estate. Today, that property is listed for sale at $37.5 million.

The estate, which spans 35,000 square feet and covers three acres, actually consists of three homes, each with its own private pool. The main property has six bedrooms, while the other two properties have three bedrooms each. In total, the property has 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
When Willis used the property, the largest home on the estate was primarily used to entertain guests. One of the smaller homes served as the main residence for Willis and his family, while the other house functioned as a guest house. The largest of the three properties was fully remodeled in 2020.
In the main home, you’ll find a spacious kitchen outfitted with white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The bright white kitchen contrasts beautifully with the natural hardwood floors. When you leave the kitchen, you’ll find a spacious open living room that overlooks the beach, as well as a large dining room.
The upper level of the home is designed to serve as a children’s quarters. While this area is currently outfitted with bunk beds that will give kids a place to sleep, it’s unlikely that children that stay here will want to spend much time inside. When you step outdoors, you’ll discover a massive playground that’s designed to look like a pirate ship.
The other two properties on the estate are just as inviting. Throughout both properties, you’ll find breathtaking views of the ocean and the beach. Certain bedrooms provide direct access to the pool deck, allowing you to take a dip in the pool without having to walk through the rest of the house.
Although the estate has four pools in total, it also includes 1,100 feet of private, white sand beach. Guests at the estate can relax in the pool, soak up the sun on the beach, or stay indoors on days when the weather is poor.
While it’s hard to look away from the scenic views, you’ll find gorgeous details in every room of each home. Features like beamed ceilings and built-in shelving can be found throughout the property. All three homes are also fully furnished with eclectic luxury furniture.
What’s especially great about this estate is that it’s designed to bring people together. When Willis built the property, he wanted to create a place that all of his family members and friends could enjoy together. Even though Willis has said his goodbyes to this beachfront estate, his intentions still shine through.
