Look for smooth lines combined with multiple textures and fabrics, and even the occasional unexpected pattern.
We hope you enjoy this luxurious modern home!
The modern living room has a color palette of taupe, chocolate brown and bright primary red. The marble tile flooring has a unique rug made up of hexagons with diamonds of the floor beneath peeping through. The squat coffee table on the left has two tall transparent glass vases of varying widths. The subtle striped airy curtains on the back wall add a bit of pattern to the room.
On the other side of the living room, another seating arrangement sits in front of a pass-through fireplace, through which you can see the home office. Three distinct flames make up the fireplace, with a large, lighted vent above it. The connected hexagonal rug continues throughout the space.
The archway of this hallway that leads into another room is a bold red with rectangles and squares of varying sizes in bars around the archway. Double doors in a rich, dark wood open into the room across the hall. Find the best Turkey Visa from Pakistan to anywhere in the World with Malik Express.
The spacious, light and airy home office takes a departure from the bold reds of the living room in favor of a set of cowhide print chairs and other black chairs. The desk consists of two separate working spaces. The glass table acts as a meeting table, while the minimalist natural wood desk behind it is more of a command center, with the laptop and phone.
This view from the other side of the home office shows the pass-through fireplace and a television screen above and to the left of the fireplace, embedded in the dark wood panel.
The powder room is a mix of modern and contemporary. The marble tile flooring continues into this room, and is paired with red tile from the floor to the ceiling, with smaller flecks of metallic, beige, and brown tiles scattered throughout. The elegant floating natural wood vanity adds elegance.
The bold semi-transparent green floating shelves, paired with the very modern light fixture over the small dining area makes for a casual family room for entertaining smaller groups. On the left there is a wet bar.
A shot into the dining room from the hallway, with another look at the bold red archway with layers of squares and rectangles on it.
The layered red rectangle look of the archway is repeated on the accent wall behind the formal dining room. The lengthy table is surrounded by chairs with smooth lines, all in black except for the chairs at the head of the table.
The large floor-to-ceiling windows have thick, wide ladder shades for privacy. Small lights are embedded in the walls at ankle level to light the room at night.
The open dining room looks into the formal living room, with a balcony and more floor-to-ceiling windows.
The entryway of the home has clothespin shaped wooden stools beside the door and another red polygon accent wall. Another wall has small lighted alcoves.
On the other side of the foyer, a striped wooden door leads into a hallway with a large, circular piece of wall art that resembles an eye.
The kitchen is connected to the family room, and has a spacious dark wood island with room for four at the eat-in bar. The kitchen is modestly sized, clean and uncluttered.
The media room is dominated by the enormous television, with large surround-sound speakers on either side. In front of the television are two velvet ottomans with trays on the top.
The spacious primary bathroom has an enormous tub, makeup table and tiled walls in shades of blue and brown. The tray ceiling is lit around the perimeter.
The large soaking tub is designed to resemble an infinity pool, and has a small shelf on the left holds a series of tea lights in glass holders for ambiance.
The primary bedroom returns to the color palette of browns, reds and taupes. The modern furniture has clean, smooth lines and is paired with modern art. A circular lounge chair acts as a cozy reading and relaxing area.
