The exterior of the home has a gorgeous blue trim to brighten up the brown siding. A front patio sits near the front porch. The home sits on a large yard that includes gardens and manicured landscaping.
The wide front porch has recessed lighting in the polished wood ceiling. There’s plenty of room for a porch swing or other seating for lazy summer afternoons or company.
The entryway to the home has a small mudroom bench near the window and leads directly into a bathroom. To the left is a carpeted staircase leading to the second floor. More main level rooms are off the hallway to the right.
The view from the second floor landing shows a bathroom directly off the stairs and the staircase continuing up the the third floor.
The spacious kitchen has high-end appliances built into the counter and beautiful details on the small eat-in bar and along the top of the window. The light tile floor is easy to keep clean.
Off the kitchen is a small breakfast nook in pale blue. A bay window with a bench seat has two built-in shelving units on either side. Large Roman shades can be pulled down over the large windows for more privacy in the evening.
The formal dining room has an immense antique hardwood table with red upholstered seats, white crown molding, wainscoting and an elegant crystal chandelier. The walls are painted with scenes of the sea, which can be seen through the windows of the room.
This living room is one of several, and contains the Steinway grand piano, a telescope and a view of the private dock. A circular ottoman sits between the two sofas and acts as a coffee table.
Another, smaller sitting room with a bay window and built-in shelving. Pastels in the rug and accent pillows add a soft pop of color to the white sofas and shelving.
A small sitting room and study with a fireplace and window seat is a nice third floor retreat during the quiet hours of the day.
The recreation room on the ground floor has a full-size pool table and natural stone floors. The sliding glass doors lead out to the pool area, which has tons of lounge chairs for sunbathing.
A third, more casual living room has a large television and two comfy couches from which to watch it. The large window sets each have a spectacular view.
One of the 7 bedrooms is on the third floor. The slanted wall is broken by window seats on the left. The bright red walls and reddish hardwood floor is contrasted by the light floral bedding and accents throughout the room.
This next bedroom is vastly different from the previous one. In pale Tiffany blue and bright floral bedding, the iron bed frame contrasts with the white furniture, trim and fireplace mantle.
This bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower stall, a claw foot bathtub and tile work on the floor and in the shower enclosure.
The recently renovated primary bathroom includes a spacious shower enclosure with a towel rack on the side, a large soaking tub in front of one of the windows, archways and several vanities.
A close up of the bathtub displaying the amazing view outside of the window.
The primary bedroom combines stripes, florals, and geometric patterns with hardwood floors and recessed lighting around the perimeter of the room.
The exercise room on the ground floor has plenty of equipment and soft green pastel walls.
The view of the oceanside swimming pool from the balcony shows the sheer size of the pool.
The swimming pool has concrete all around it and is separated from the ocean by a stone wall.
The home has a small greenhouse on the side of the home with a small garden path leading to the front yard.
An outside view of the greenhouse and the sea wall. The wall has a ladder to go down to the shore.
The private dock is near a small garden plot and is a short paddle away from another peninsula.
The manicured front garden has a stone walkway that winds through the property and is shaded by ornamental and native trees.
A final exterior view of the home from along the sea wall shows the sheer number of windows the home has that provide gorgeous views from every single room.
